Ive used this product twice in my lifetime. After having kids i need that extra help to get snatched. The first time was after i had my first child. I lost 40lbsWith diet, weightlifting, and this trainer! This really helped my stomach go back down to pre baby size the first time. Bought this item again 5 years later! Hoping it will help me back into shape after having my son 7 months ago!

I ordered a large but was way too small the owner reached out and sent another one a few days later! Customer service and waist trainer excellent I will definitely buy more of the products! I got a 2xl and I have been wearing it for a week and it is already looser on me. I watch what I eat as well but this trainer is a huge help in getting this baby weight off. Has a strong chemical smell but it does wear off definitely worth it!

Great waist trainer vest.. fits and holds and gives u great support does not roll down or up no matter how active u are. Great product very happy. I’m 5’4 160lb 36/38C ordered a Xlarge ... I cld have gotten a large but this is just fine... does what it’s supposed to.

I absolutely love love love this waist trainer. Mine came in the mail yesterday and I have not taken it off! I had to get some help to get it on but it was well worth it. I ordered a Large and needed to pull it in about 2 inches with the help of my aunt we got it on. I even took a shower with it on after my work out. I will be wearing this as much as possible. This morning I put on a fitted tank top to minimize the outline of the snaps. With the shirt I wore to work you have no idea that I am evening wearing the waist trainer. I look so good and fine. I will be ordering more for both my daughters and my aunt. I love it and I highly recommend this product!! Also, It is long so you have full torso coverage and it will get rid of waist and back handles. Nothing to think about. Best money you will ever spend.

CHARMIAN REVIEW: I am 5’2” 175lbs, measurements 38-35-42 ugh not cute but anywho ...
Ordered a 2XL (32.7-34.5) according to measurements. First the smell grossed me out but I know how to eliminate it but can’t until I have the right one. (Baking soda & Apple Cider Vinegar soak w/air dry just FYI)... First level of hooks a little work but not difficult, FIRST SIGN I needed to go down a size. Wore it anyway just for trial & error (highly suggested). I’ve had it since Wednesday, today is Monday and it’s looser than it should be. WHEN you can relax your abdominals & see it uhm NOPE & today I’m able to move to the second hook easy...NOPE NOT GOOD. My theory, because it relaxed after just 4-5 days, I’m going down at least 2inches from my measurements not only will give me an extreme fit but will make sense after a few days wear. Honestly 4-5 days will give u it’s true fit if you wear it consistently I have. I wore it to work out & during the day. Average wear for me was 6-8 hours a day for 5 days.
Why I gave it 5 stars? The fit all the way to the underarm back fat was excellent vs my Yianna & it's because of the adjustable strap. One thing I HIGHLY SUGGEST you pay attention to when reading these reviews is because they mixed & not specific to the same waist trainer. My review is SPECIFICALLY to the trainer with the adjustable straps.
I did however order the other without the adjustable strap also for comparison. It’s quite a bit more sturdy & was too small in the same size. Highly recommend getting exact size or one up with that one.

Wow! Gives instant shape and good posture!
Although I did need to call in the troops to help me close up all the hook-and-eye fasteners in front, then zip up the overlay, and then adjust the shoulder straps, it was well worth the effort! Instantly, I had a waist. Instantly, the boobs were lifted to show off that waist. And instantly, I stood with good posture and felt fabulous. On went the new dress that I had tried on earlier and looked like I was oozing out of ... and it looked amazing! This waist trainer girdle holds everything in, yet I could breathe as normal, and sit down (with a very straight back). I tried on a number of outfits and am thrilled at the difference I saw in the mirror and felt in my spirit. This body shaper really is the confidence booster I need to feel shapely and cinched when I socialize.

This corset is great! It's heavy and nice quality, very sturdy. Ive worn it twice so far, it's pretty comfortable, elevates any fit and is really easy to put on. Im 5'3 137lbs and my waist is 29in about, I think, and the M fits me perfect. So perfectly that I wear it on the tightest setting which feel just right. Only downside is because it fits the way it does I can't tighten it more if I wanted to take it farther so a small may of worked better, but I can't see myself wanting it much tighter so its fine.
